Sustainability
Out Net Zero Commitments
At EPP Group, we take pride in our long-standing leadership in driving initiatives that promote efficient material use, minimize construction site waste, reuse building components, and recycle as much construction-related waste as practically possible.

The Site Waste Management Plan
Forging a Sustainable Tomorrow
The Site Waste Management Plan ensures that all waste management procedures for the project are followed by EPP GROUP, as well as by subcontractors and visitors engaged with the company. The key objectives are to source materials locally where possible, reduce packaging in all deliveries, minimise excess waste, and use energy-efficient products.

We are proud to share our full Sustainability and Net Zero Commitments, which set out our dedication and strategic approach to reducing environmental impact.

Environmental Policy 2025
At EPP Group, we are dedicated to reducing our environmental impact and operating responsibly across all areas of our business.
We actively monitor environmental legislation, ensure full compliance, and continually review our practices to drive meaningful improvements.

We prioritise the responsible use of energy, the conservation of natural resources, and the use of safe, efficient, and recyclable products wherever possible.
Recycling, reusing materials, and selecting environmentally conscious suppliers are embedded in how we work.
Our team is fully engaged in these efforts, with all employees encouraged to adopt best practices and uphold our environmental values.

In our day-to-day operations, we minimise energy use by switching off unnecessary equipment, reducing heating levels, and using recycled or second-hand materials where appropriate.
We also reduce travel through careful planning, use of public transport, and car-sharing when visiting sites.
All office waste including paper, plastics, and glass is recycled, with confidential materials securely shredded before processing.
We regularly assess our progress, report annually, and update our environmental policy to ensure we continue to operate sustainably and responsibly.

Our Quality Management System is regularly audited and reviewed to ensure we maintain the highest standards.
Every member of our team plays an essential role in delivering quality, taking responsibility for meeting our procedures and contributing to the excellence our clients expect.
