For larger projects, a Gantt chart will be produced in conjunction with a Construction Phase Plan.
RAMS will be issued before commencement.

Weekly progress meetings will be implemented to review progress.
On-site coordination will be led by experienced project managers.
Works will be continually snagged to maintain the highest standard of implementation.

Close Out
Final snagging will be conducted and documented to deliver works to the highest standard.
Testing and commissioning data will be collated and issued.

All drawings and data sheets will be collated into an O&M file, together with waste information and manufacturer's information.
Only when the final account has been approved will the residual invoice be issued.
