From idea to aftercare
Fit out design
Fit out design for offices and commercial spaces, shaped around how your people work. We bring layout, finishes and building services together into a practical, buildable design that suits your brand and your budget.
CAD drawings
Accurate CAD drawings for every stage of your project: layouts, partition and ceiling plans, setting-out drawings and as-built records. Clear drawings mean fewer surprises on site and a smoother handover.
Space planning and test fits
Find out how much space you really need before you commit. Our space plans and test fits show desks, meeting rooms and breakout areas, so you can choose the right building and make the most of every square metre.
Design and build
One contract, one team, one point of contact. Our design-and-build packages cover material and finish selection, visuals and specification, then carry straight through to a fully finished space delivered by EPP Group.
Small works and minor alterations
Moving a wall, adding a meeting room or refreshing a breakout area? We handle small works and minor alterations in live, occupied buildings quickly, safely and with minimal disruption.
Planned preventative maintenance
Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) that keeps your workplace looking and working as it should, from doors, partitions and ceilings to decoration and flooring, scheduled around your business.
Reactive maintenance and call-outs
Fast reactive maintenance when something needs fixing. Out-of-hours working is available, so repairs and alterations happen without disrupting your team.
